Fall/Autumn nails

I’ve decided that it’s high time i painted my nails in a deep wine coloured nail polish after all, it’s that time of year when these colours are worn right? Even though i love the bright and subtle colours, i just fancied a change.

I’ve been sporting the french tips for about four weeks so my nails were in dire need of attention. They were breaking left, right and centre so to correct that i had to let my nail technician cut them very short and work her magic, time for them to grow afresh. I’m not too sad about it, as it had to be done and this is as a result of wearing acrylics!

I’ve Β had her put some diamante on the thumbs and ring fingers just to beautify them a bit more as i felt that they were lacking something. These are my natural nails with gellish polish on top, i had mentioned in a previous nail post that i’m giving the acrylics a very long break as they’ve made my nails soft and brittle, especially when i’ve worn them for too long.

I love gellish nail polish, they are very long lasting, Β gentle on your nails and classy, you can do just about any colour or designs on your natural nails, without destroying them.

Do you like this colour for Fall/Autumn? What’s your favourite brand and colour to wear for the season?

Thank you for indulging me always.

  1. They are lovely. You have a very beautiful blog. I just visited your youtube account and enjoyed very much. YSL is a very good brand for foundations, in my opinion, better than CD, while CD is better at skincare. xoxo
