Purple winged liner with bold lips

Hello lovely people,

These purple lips are just too hot to handle! I was inspired by one of my favourite Youtubers Jennie Jenkins to do a coloured winged liner so i chose purple as i think it’s a beautiful shade and one of my favourite colours as well.

So this might sound a little weird to some but i actually used my liquid lipstick as an eyeliner, haha, it worked! I kept the eyes quite simple and the lips bold.

Eyes- I used the Morphe 35N palette. In the crease area, the light brown and the darkest brown were the shades i reached for. For the lid colour and the inner corners, i used the Violet Voss ‘Drenched Metal’ palette and applied the shade ‘Crushed it’ very generously. To finish off the eyes, i swept a tad bit of ‘Dark desires’ from the Violet Voss palette which is a lovely purple underneath my lash line. The star of the show was meant to be the purple winged liner, now i used my liquid lipstick along with an eyeliner brush to apply it, it was quite tricky as it dried very quickly, so i had to work fast! The lashes were GWA (girls with attitude), and i got these from a shop in the UK called Savers at a price tag of £1.

Lips- Colourpop ultra matte in Be-dazzled, such a beautiful rich purple, very pigmented, glides on smoothly, with a gorgeous matte finish.

Face- Nyx ‘Stay matte but not flat’ foundation in Chestnut. I have spoken very briefly about this foundation on my channel, great coverage but it makes me very oily so i’m not a fan! For highlighting i used LA girls pro concealer in Fawn and to set it, Sasha buttercup powder. Sleek’s contour kit in medium just to give the face a little definition and to set everything in place i used Mac mineralise skin finish in Dark deep.

I’m truly loving the simplicity of the eyes with the pop of purple winged liner and the bold lips.

See tutorial on my channel. Thanks for stopping by.

Love, Shaunz xo
